Magagni Research Guide to International Law on the Internet

Before you go to the Main Menu, please read this short introduction. At the moment, one cannot properly say that on the Internet is already available a truly International Law Library. Indeed, for various reasons too many things are not available on-line or cannot be consulted without any charge. However, especially in some fields involving the activity of certain institutions and/or Non-profit private groups (for example, human rights issues), many times you can find on the Internet important resources that are not yet or will never be available off-line.This is why we have built a Guide that we hope can make easier and faster an Internet navigation for everyone who is searching for International Law materials. At present, our Guide contains only a wide range of selected and annotated links. We think that, as far as International Law is corcerned, it is one of the largest collections put on the Net. In a near future, we shall try to improve it also by including occasionally papers, bibliographies and other documents. Please take into account that, even if major focus is on International Law issues, this guide can be helpful also if you are searching for materials in the fields of Conflict of Law, Comparative Law, European Law and International Relations.

This Guide has been conceived and organized by Massimo Magagni (Professor of International Law at the Political Science Faculty of the Bologna University). It could not be maintained without the continuous help of Elisa Baroncini and Chiara Cattabriga.
