World (EcoNet) - This site contains a very useful searchable database
organized by country/continent. It is one of the best starting points.

- This excellent site is provided by the International Institute for Sustainable
Development. It is designed to be an electronic clearing-house for information
on past and upcoming international meetings related to environment and
development. Here you can find a very wide range of resources. For example,
a very complete section on the Convention to Combat Desertification and
Drought.

on the Internet
- Environmental Sites
on the Internet (Larsgöran Standberg) - An excellent reference
site (updated once a week!).On the Index Page "you will find an alphabetic

Issues and Human Rights (Martin Hogan)- News updated for 1966 and links.
- Environmental
Studies Section (International Studies Association) - Papers, bibliography,

- Environment Defense Fund - Recent

- ERIN The Environmental
Resources Information Network - This excellent site contains a pletora
of links under the headings Air,
Land & Water,
Humans and the
Environment, Life,
Sea and State
of the Environment. There is also a search
function. The Humans and Environment category includes Environmental
Agreements and Legislation (where focus is on the Australian one).
Extremely useful to get information on line is also the its ERIN
Navigator.

Environmental Law (U. of Vienna) - At present, this site is still under
construction and does not offer very much. But it is to be checked because
it should be improved quickly.
