Infomanage International - At this site you can find a very good index of country resources on the Internet sorted by area. It includes Africa, Asia, CIS, Middle East, Latin America.

OXFAM Homepage - At this site you can find various useful resources on international affairs. A special attention is to be paid to the Emergencies Report. Normally updated every 6 weeks, it provides "a brief summary of OXFAM's response to humanitarian emergencies around the world".
Peace Brigades International - Here you can find also special reports from Guatemala, Sri Lanka, North America, Colombia, Haiti, Balkans.
Peacenet - It is "a world-wide computer network dedicated to peace, social and economic justice, human rights and the struggle against racism". Highly recommended.
Pacific Talk Virtual Library - This searchable database "aims to cover issues facing the countries of the Asia-Pacific region". The areas of interest "include human rights, peace, labour, the environment and sustainable development". For example, here you can find resources on Cambodia.
REESWeb - Information on the Balkans, the Baltic states, the Caucusus, Central Asia, Central Europe, the CIS, Eastern Europe, the NIS, the Russian Federation, and the former Soviet Union.
